Five easy steps to a secure transaction
Step 1: Buyer and Seller Agree to Terms
Both parties agree to terms of the transaction, which includes a description of the merchandise, sale price, number of days for the Buyer's inspection, and any shipping information. ( All items are fully checked with us and we shall provide Buyer a full description of what is in the package and the real condition)
Step 2: Buyer Sends Payment to our Third Party Assigned Agent (provided after merchandise is in custody ready to be shipped)
The Buyer submits a payment selecting money transfer services or bank transfer. Our agent verifies the payment and register it
Processing time for payment is 24 hours using Money Transfer Services and 2 to 3 days for Bank Transfer.
Step 3: We Ships Merchandise to Buyer
Upon payment verification,Total Transport is authorized to ship the merchandise and submit tracking information. Third Party Agency verifies that the Buyer receives the merchandise. Delivery times vary by receiver country but usually takes between 3 and 5 business days for countries in European Union.
Step 4: Buyer Receive Merchandise (Merchandise is delivered at Buyer Address)
The Buyer has a set number of days for inspecting the merchandise and the option to accept or reject it.
Step 5: Third Party Agency Pays Seller or Refund Buyer
Third Party Agency pays the Seller if he/she approve to keep the merchandise or we shall fully refund Buyer and proceed with shipping back of the merchandise if Buyer reject the package during Inspection Period. The transaction is complete.
